Psychic, intuitive, or esoteric readings could mean different things to different people. For me it is a deep and open conversation where I really try to listen to my clients and then suggest what I feel about their situation, using various tools and resources along with my intuition and experience. I believe some key ingredients for a successful reading include an open mindset, a genuine desire, faith and acceptance.

Hello. I am Asheesh and I’ve been providing personal esoteric readings to help people from all walks of life for over two decades. I feel it is not only a matter of interest for me to provide insights through my readings, this is my calling.

From a young age, I was fascinated by ancient eastern esoteric approaches and with the blessings of my elders and numerous teachers along the way, I kept learning these subjects. I have been fortunate to learn one-on-one from several teachers, some of them are direct lineage students of the original masters such as Late Professor Kuthur Subbaiyer Krishnamurthy Sir (1908- 1972).

Being a family person and a working professional, I have been able to provide my service during my after-work hours, so far. I hope this changes because the readings have been well-received, insightful, and fulfilling for the most. Beyond that, I consider myself as an ordinary person and simply a student, not a spiritual guru! 

For nearly fifteen years, I have been living in Canada, and have enjoyed a quite diverse educational and professional background in the past spanning across various subjects of study and industry verticals. I have served several reputable organizations and have experience in both the public service and the private sector. I have stayed in numerous locations, getting a chance to travel extensively and to understand and appreciate so many different cultures. I am fluent in English and Hindi, and can understand some other languages and regional dialects from India.

Over the years, I have been learning from different resources and mentors,  progressively developing my own approach. It combines certain traditional principles from the east along with my personal experience and intuition. My scope of service is limited to general suggestions based on my calculations, study, experience, and intuition.

My readings do need some time so appointments are required, well in advance. These are delivered via a short email and in some cases, a brief phone conversation may be recommended before the final analysis. These readings are only for entertainment and they are general, friendly conversations. 

The main purpose of my readings is to help with attaining clarity, peace, and harmony. I am unable to match expectations with things related to magic, spells, spirits, afterlife, health or life & death questions, guaranteed & definite predictions, fortune-telling etc.

I hope to be able to keep learning and adding mutual value. To me, being a part of good change, even for one individual, is an invaluable experience!

About Nakshatra Jyotisa (NJ)

The name “Nakshatra Jyotisa” (pronounced as NAK-SHA-TRA . JYO-TI-SHA) comes from Hindi and Sanskrit. It refers to the system of eastern astrology that is based on the 27 Nakshatras (Lunar Mansions or Stars, spanning from Ashwini to Revati, with 4 parts each totaling 108 sub-divisions).

Nakshatra Jyotisa (NJ) branding has been in use since I first started my blog in 2009. Interestingly, people sometimes refer to the service provider as NJ, although that is the organization Nakshatra Jyotisa Inc.

Regarding my fee, I believe they are fair for my time, effort, and the experience. Until 2017, I offered my services for free. I then realized and decided, at my teacher’s instruction, that there has to be a material exchange for the efficacy of a service and for it to be of any value to the recipient.
